When Mariam joined Redington five years ago, she brought with her a scientist’s curiosity and a mindset wired for exploration. Today, she leads the AWS business in the UAE, driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence through a high-impact team. Over these years, across three roles and two countries, she has multiplied businesses, built teams, crossed borders, and stepped into the unknown with one guiding belief: “Let me try.”

A Journey Shaped by Opportunity
My path inside Redington has never been linear—it's been intentional. I began in Egypt, managing AWS and Veritas partners and learning the rhythm of distribution.
When the opportunity came to move to the UAE as a PAM, I embraced it—stepping into a larger market and taking ownership of major Telco accounts. I grew these from USD 30M to USD 74M in under two years, proving my ability to scale businesses with speed and discipline. Soon after, I moved into the PM role, and today, I lead the AWS team in the UAE.
What made these growth and mobility possible in the One Redington ecosystem?
